Minecraft is "Not Responding" after something else takes the active window.

Minecraft runs fine but as soon as i look at another program it is "not responding" after a few seconds.

it is fixed in 1.8.1. If still happening, don't run fullscreen/f11 I believe

Still happening in 1.8.1 and I don't use full screen/f11. Like the poster said; it only happens when I go from an active window back to it.
