I purchased Minecraft yesterday after like a year of on and off wanting to play it, and I guess my antivirus disagreed with it because it cleaned something, and now when I try to reinstall it won't complete the process. I get this error. Help is very much appreciated because I'm anxious to play again!!

1. What anti-virus do you use?
2. Did you install it from the official minecraft site? * minecraft.net *

EDIT FROM TECH NERD BROTHER
Sometimes files go on lockdown and the system has permissions to acess it, but not you. There are methods to wrestle back your permissions to the file. I recommed researching these yourself, but only if Gilbat's tech support fails.
Alright so I moved the folder it was downloading to to documents, and it downloaded, but my antivirus is still picking up something?? Is it an okay thing to ignore or not is my question now I guess??
(I have no idea how to notify people on this forum about responses so @Gilbat yes it's from the official site, and I assume the image answers your other question!)

webroot? Add the minecraft installer to it's exception list. Minecraft is picked up by a few antiviruses as a trojan. This is a false positive. I know NANO-Antivirus also picks it up.
