I have mods installed like CodeChickenCore, NEI, VoxelMap, GammaBright, and UYJuliansXrayMod. When I launch it it says 5 mods loaded on forge and the 3 on LiteLoader, so they all work. When I get on a server or world, Java SE stops working. Because of this it will not generate a crash report. I copied the game output from the Minecraft Launcher here: http://pastebin.com/idBJmYaq. Also, this worked fine before. But when I relaunched Minecraft, it stopped working. If you need addintion information, I will supply it. Please help me if you can. Thx.

You are using the incorrect game version. Mods and forge always have a game version written in or next to their download link. If your game version doesn't match it, it's not going to work.
You can hit edit profile and make sure you select the correct version of game+forge+liteloader.
Also you mention servers. But I'm assuming you're talking about minecraft realms which do not support mods so you can't exactly do what you're doing. There are no forge supporting 1.8 server platforms out yet.
I fixed it. That wasn't the problem. The problem was forge didn't work with my java version so I downgraded to java 7, fixed the path, and it works fine now.
