Minecraft crashing and Dxtory causing lag??

So sometimes when I play minecraft I get the semi-seethru white 'crash' screen and a error msg pops up with this error

I dont know how to fix this and I need help! and also whenever I try to record with Dxtory (using .128) my game for some reason drops to like 10 FPS
