This error message keeps popping up when I want to go on some servers, minus bigger ones like Mineplex, the Nexus, etc:

java.net.ConnectionException: Connection timed out: no further information:

I am really sick and stressed out of being unable to play and chat with my online friends. Can someone please help..?
