Can't click existing worlds

I just installed Minecraft in my new PC. I've played a world but when I came back to Minecraft, I cannot click it anymore.

I can join servers but I cannot play on my own worlds. I tried re-installing it but didn't work.

I saw other forums about it and their solution is to turn touchscreen mode off but mine's off and it's not even touch screen.

I also noticed that I cannot scroll down the settings. Please help!

Found a solution! Turn WiFi off before playing Minecraft.

What?! You are saying that all the Minecraft GUI controls work fine as long as you have WiFi disabled, but if it is enabled parts of the UI don't work??

I'm trying to imagine how WiFi and UI are related but failing...

IDK But I turned off my WiFi and it worked for me. I can click my world now so i think it worked anyway. I don't know how's that related though and might help others with the same problem.
