I have had Minecraft for 2 months and one day when i went on it asked for me to log in (first time it said this) i didn't know my password so i changed it without problem then when i tried to go back on it only allowed me to play the demo, i have tried everything to get it to work including emailing the help line all with no success. And when i was told to retrieve my transaction ID i was unable to as my account has been flushed. NEED HELP!!
It always has been, but all of a sudden it is no longer premium and is saying I have never bought the game, even when my credit card clearly shows it was purchased successfully!
Sorry, I've already tried all of that and frankly it is no help at all! It is the account which was and always has been premium and it has never been refunded. That article does not contain the issue. It seems that all my account data has been flushed... HELP!
If you read the article you would have contacted Mojang as thats the only way you can get your account fixed, ONLY Mojang can do that, which is why this forum links to the Mojang help section.
