So everything was fine and dandy for a long time on my system but recently I've been having a problem with java crashing on me randomly when playing, sometimes after a long period of time but normally after only a minute or so. I normally use the sleep function instead of shutting down at night and have both 64 and 32 but java installed as I'm too lazy to get a real 64 bit browser. System specs are dual GTX780 Lightnings, 64 gigs corsair vengeance 2400mhz, Intel i7 [email protected], Samsung 850 pro 1TB, Soundblaster ZXR, I think that is everything that has to do with running the game.
That's not generic. That's saying that the Nvidia driver subsystem was essentially "rebooted" by Windows and you wonder why Minecraft falls down like the rug was just pulled out from under it?
First try updating your Nvidia driver maybe the one you have has a software bug. Then you must consider whether you have some kind of hardware issue (e.g. overheating or overclocking issues). Some PCs have issues with power management and sleep / hibernate, so you may want to see if cold booting makes the problem go away as well.
Newest driver on a clean install, no system temps exceed 70 cel, power management is unrestricted and biased toward all subsystems remaining full active at all times.

Might be a problem with your conflicting java versions (as stated beforehand by Mojang that you should NOT have that). I think your best bet (without uninstalling anything important) is to download Dinnerbone's experimental Minecraft launcher. Works exactly the same, except it presumably runs faster by having it's own independent Java source pertaining toward your PCs specs (64x/32x).
