I bought my kids refurbished Dell computers for Christmas but I can't get minecraft to work on them.
I have installed Java 64 bit
I have update all of the drivers.
it is an old computer but it should be able to run minecraft. Any help?

i just posted this on someone elses forum post because i was having the same issue. Go to the .minecraft folder which is located C:\Users\*******\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft (*** represent the user minecraft is saved under) and back up your saves then delete the .minecraft folder then re-download minecraft. Thats what I ended up doing to fix mine. Hope this helps
