hello iv been haveing problems with my minecraft. i have just wiped my comp memory (windows xp) and when i downloaded

minecraft and tryed to play it the loading thing next to the mouse poped up for a second and nothing happened.i have java 7

installed and did everything right but it still wont launch please help me and thx u.
