So for christmas and my birthday, I've been improving my computer As much as I could.. This is My current build
CPU- AMD-FX 6350
8gb Ram
GPU- Radeon r7 270x devil(brand new)
i also got a SSD to help recording videos for my YouTube channel.
basically, my fps is really bad. I used to record with 60fps all of the time with my Radeon hd 7770 and without my SSD. now I go from 15-40fps recording when I'm making my pc better. Please help, I run lowest settings with optifine. I loved doing YouTube.
One thing I can think of is try without optifine, as I have had problems with frame rate caused by optifine. Is it just Minecraft getting performance issues? Try recording to an external hard drive such as a usb, not as a permanent solution, just to test if it makes a difference. Maybe its a problem or bug with the version of minecraft you are using, you can try downgrading to see. Or, it could be your screen recorder. Also, try checking for viruses, and make sure your computer and drivers are up to date. YouTube account, I'd like to check it out. Hope this helps.
