My friend bought me Minecraft and it had issues when i first tried to enter the code on Minecraft.net. I had to open the email and follow the link to Mojang instead. And for some reason when i made a Mojang account/Minecraft.net account it only recognized it as having been on Mojang and not Minecraft.net! So now i cant change my skin! How do I fix this? I tried adding it by entering the code again but all it said was I already had it.
The two sites are connected. If you have confirmed you have the game on account.mojang.net then you can login on minecraft.net with the same credentials.
If not, logout on both, and try again. Perhaps on another browser even. If you still cannot do so, contact Mojang, the forums cannot help with account issues.
