Hello, I'm just another random Minecraft player begging for help; but unlike others, I've done my research. This is my problem: When connecting to a server, I get a message telling me "Java.net.ConnectionException: Connection timed out: No further information:" Now, I have gone and done the obvious: I've scoured the web for some info, and I found some!:D:D ..... but they were of no use. For your info: I know I'm connected to the internet, as my skin will load - not Steve - but the servers will not. Also, I tried this on multiple servers and they all give the same message, and these servers (close to) never go down (ex. Mineplex, hypixel, etc.) Most you guys would tell me to try this or try that, so I'm gonna neatly list some of them. Hopefully you guys can tell me what's wrong - and if you do, a massive THANK YOU to you.
Here's the list (They all don't work):
CLICKERS
1. Re-Downloading Minecraft
2. Repeatedly clicking connect
3. Brute force (i.e. Punching my desktop or clicking HARD)
4. Direct Connecting
5. Repeatedly Direct Connecting
6. Restarting the computer
FIREWALL & ANTIVIRUS
7. Disabling Antivirus
8. Disabling Firewall
9. Adding port 25565 in Firewall (Both)
10. Allowing Java through firewall (All kinds of Java [Ex. Javaw, Javaws])
11. Allowing Minecraft through Firewall + Antivirus
12. Allowing Minecraft through hosts (In Computer Settings)
ROUTER SETTINGS
13. Disconnecting the router then immediately reconnect it
14. Disconnecting the router then waiting a minute to reconnect it
15. Disconnecting the router then waiting 5 minutes to reconnect it
16. Disconnecting the router then waiting 10 minutes to reconnect it
17. Disconnecting the router then waiting 30 minutes to reconnect it
18. Disconnecting the router then waiting and hour to reconnect it
19. Disconnect the router then waiting a day to reconnect it
OTHER
20. Trying to do the same things aboveAGAIN to another computer to try to reconnect it.
I may have done more than just this, but if so I forgot to list it.
Please help, I've been searching over 6 months now.
I'm guessing these are modded servers?
(if so it could be a mod conflict)
What kind of pings are you getting from the servers in your server list?
(hmm?)
Otherwise start by backing your Minecraft folder and delete it.
Download a fresh copy of the launcher and trying to connect to a vanilla server
This lets you test the possibility of a mod conflict.
You can also test for a corrupted Java install by completely uninstalling it downloading a fresh installer
of the correct version and type.
If you can't connect to your own server on your own network then the problem is local. Especially if your client and server are on the same machine, then no router is involved and the problem almost has to be a firewall issue. Connections can be blocked on the outbound or inbound side of the connection even on the same machine.

Er... It's either I didn't set it up right or a firewall issue, but I already have tried most of the options with firewall. Alot of other players have also said that disabling firewall doesn't work, and it's same with me; So what do you suggest I do?
I don't want to advertise but I haven't been able to connect to these servers:
1. Mineplex
2. Hypixel
3. The Nexus
4. OmegaRealm
5. Pokemon Kanto (Modded)
6. My own server being on on this computer
Full ping
And yes, I did re-install Java and Minecraft too.
Thanks for your help though!
Sorry, no such thing as a Full Ping
When looking at the server list, the ping is bars on the right of each server entry.
It can have 0 to 4 bars and if you hover over one, a tool tip while show the ping in millseconds.
You need to rule out a mod conflict, by trying to connect to serveral vanilla servers with a new unmodded profile.
Then use the unmodded profile to try and connect to the modded servers you haven't been able to.

Are you able to connect to ANY server?

No, it's Bell.
Did the first two! Unfortunately I somehow can't connect to that server. Oops!
