I was playing on my small Minecraft Server and accidentally clicked the Super Secret Settings. I've logged in/out repeatedly, pressed F4 (rather, FN, F4) repeatedly, and even switched from the 1.8.1 prerelease into 1.8...
My server is Vanilla, and I am using a Mac.

If by "3D shader" you mean something you can look at with those red/blue glasses, then that would be "3D Anaglyph", and can be disabled under video settings.
My server is Vanilla, and I am using a Mac.

F4 should work... don't know why it doesn't.
Press F3 and you'll see some line showing what shader is active. Keep clicking the button until that line disappears.
