Can someone help me? I keep getting this when trying to load Minecraft and I can't find any good video card drivers with OpenGL. Can someone please suggest a good one for Minecraft, and 3D games in general?

Well here is your first problem, "32 bit", "The terms 32-bit and 64-bit refer to the way a computer's processor (also called a CPU), handles information. The 64-bit version of Windows handles large amounts of random access memory (RAM) more effectively than a 32-bit system." - Microsoft

For minecraft any graphics card with at least 1gb/512mb of vram should be fine but you may run into some compatibility issues with your computer being 32 bit.

Most laptops do not allow for graphics cards to be replaced and you will have to deal with what you have. Some do however so what type of laptop do you have? Model? (ex: Acer Aspire 123)

Try downloading and installing the driver at https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=18223, restart your computer, and try again. If it still doesn't work after install, but now lists your Intel graphics card instead of "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter" in a new DxDiag, then your computer's GPU is too old for Minecraft (you should consider getting a new one anyway, your computer is quite old).
