I just got a laptop, and when I try to move the mouse and walk at the same time, it doesn't work. I am using a windows computer, but I'm not sure what model it is. Please help me, this makes Minecraft unplayable!
You most likely have a palm guard setting on the latop that disables the pad when a key is being pressed, you need to disable this, it will be in the control panel
Check if your mouse is connected properly...
