Okay, I'm sure someone out there has had this problem, and they know how to fix it. I've looked consistently over the internet for answers, but all I've seen was "redownload the corrupted files" or "redownload minecraft." both of which I have done to no avail. It is stuck on " Downloading-netty-all-4.0.23.Final.jar"
This is the error:

It's getting really annoying not being able to play minecraft... and Xbox and PE just aren't the same. PLEASE HELP.
The downloads are being interrupted so the full files never complete. This could be due to a lousy internet connection, or sometimes from Antivirus / web scanner interfering with the downloads.
I'm having the exact same problem. I've installed/reinstalled twice, turned off all antivirus (temporarily), used multiple (reliable) internet connections and on two different computers. Unless a solution can be found for Win 8.1, I'm requesting a refund.
