my minecraft version is 1.7.10 and i installed journey map and try to use the teleport function in the mod but it say "that player not found"

then i try to use /tp command but also the same problem

then i type /help command and it say "An unknown error occurred while attempting to perform this command"

my achievement also reset everytime i open my worlds...

why this will happen?

i try to create a new map and found that no such problem occur in new map, but i already build some building and some item that have exp,

i try to use nei save inventory function and load on new map but all the item were mess up , they all have different id in different map?

who know how to make the item id same as old worlds file? or
who know how to fix the command problem and /tp command problem?
