Can't Find MCPC+ For 1.6.4 Minecraft..

Ive Been trying to find MCPC+ for Minecraft 1.6.4 but the only ones i see on cauldron's site is 1.7.10. I really need this file, and this link (http://files.minecraftforge.net/Cauldron/) Returns as a 404 error.

Please help..

Sorry but the "other sources" are kinda illegal because the guy put that dmca request for a reason. To stop future people from using it.
