Hey Koneko, I think someone is going on your computer and trolling you, or your opening your IP for someone to connect. Dont open LAN, and dont allow people in your house to use your Minecraft account, if none of this is happening, make sure you have a firewall up and a good antivirus and you should be ok.

If its a single player world and not a server then you didn't see other players in your world, and you possibly saw zombies or another mob. It would not be possible for a random person to join your single player game unless you opened to lan.
As for servers vanishing off your list its ether your brother deleting them, or the old bug that clears the server list when you click the refresh button too fast.

Actually, It had to be on her Computer. Minecraft Worlds cant transfer to different PCs. So who ever did it, Had The Password to the computer and the Minecraft Username and Password.
