I've been trying to debug this for a while with no success so I'm posting an error here. Previously I've been using my windows pc to play minecraft, when attempting to move the mods over from windows to mac however the minecraft launcher sits at a black screen forever and never completes. I've used all these mods before on the windows pc, and some other people play on my server as well with the same mod pack that I zipped up for my mac.
I've been at this for a while now and theres been no progress, I've tried increasing the ram to 8gb given to minecraft and it still stays at the black screen.
Once it freezes it will stay stuck and i can only quit with using terminal to force quit the process id. The launcher then gives me this error
