I downloaded OpenBlocks Mod and Lib but when I open the launcher and play it does not open minecraft It just Closes and does not Open Minecraft 1.6.4 Modded.

Actually I solved my problem. Turns out I had Java 8 But when I replaced it with Java 7 it worked.
