Greetings, I'm currently facing some visual predicaments with my Minecraft any help provided would be much obliged, hopefully someone out there maybe able to relate to my current situation.

Updated: I've tried rollingback to version 1.7.10 and it worked flawlessly, so i think it only happens with 1.8.1. Anyone else had this problem?

Do you have graphics card problem causing this to look like this problem?

Goto minecrafts video settings and set mipmap levels to off, also try toggling the vbo setting
