Basically, your processor doesn't appear to meet the minimum requirements, meaning you can run Minecraft but probably with some amount of lag. The Mobile Intel HD Graphics is not preferable, but works. The 4GB RAM should be okay unless you intend on installing major mods or resource packs, although you might consider turning down your video settings in-game to make it work better or perhaps run Optifine.
