I think its pretty self explanatory, also when I break dirt above me I can see the sky as though the block turns transparent when being broken apart. So if anyone could tell me how to fix this I'd really appreciate it.

If you notice the Shader Mod version notes, it says

Compatible with AMD Catalyst 14.9.
