Hey Im new to making custom modpacks and stuff and I am having trouble getting my sakura pack to work with some mods. I have about 25 mods installed right now and theyre working flawlessly. But with i install some mods that I really want, weird things happen. The pack loads up fine to the main menu, everything works fine untill I try to load up a world. Minecraft ends up freezing. I dont know what this means cause there is no crash report or stack trace in the log because minecraft it's selft isnt crashing. Its just freezing up. I have waited 3 hours at one point to see if it was just loading really slowly but obviosly that isnt the problem. I need some help QUICK.
Since it's working flawlessly it means that you don't have to put more ram right? well then maybe this is a compatibility issue. Also why'd you bring back a necro?
EDIT 1: Forgot to ask what mods are you using. So yeah what mods?

I had the same problem.... Added more ram but it didn't help. The game isn't freezing due to lack of memory. Any help would be appreciated.

Your mod list does not make any sense.
Tinkers with treecapitator?!? Biomes o plenty with ex nihilo?!?
I would suggest you to remove treecapitator, ex nihilo, optifine, M-ore and caveworld.
Then add to java arguments -XX:PermSize=256m
