Hi, I have no knowledge about minecraft, but my 7 year old son has built a wonderful minecraft world on his ipad. Is there any way he can transfer this world onto a pc, so he can use world commands?

Your help would be much appreciated.

As far as my knowledge goes, that is not possible. You can look up how to install tools such as Worldedit so your son can rebuild his world quicker.

Thank you Zombie Killer... I'll look into installing Worldedit. If he can do this on his ipad then he wont need to transfer to a pc:-)

He can't as worldedit is a mod and mobile versions of MC can't be modded.

Oh that's too bad. Thank you for the info Obsidian Miner. I guess he will need to put MC on the pc and start again from there...

Yeah.. Let's hope Mojang can implement some sort of world transfer in the future.

Just don't use the Ipad version unless you love the console, the Pc version has way more stuff, is moddable, and is updated more frequently. It is not possibe to do this because the PC has things the Ipad version doesent, so when all these things are missing the pc version goes: "whoa what the hell, NOPE" and crashes.
