Soo many people say they lag /via during game play. Well here is a way to run your minecraft game more effectively.
Windows OS
1. Press Start (If Windows 8/8.1, open the charms bar)
2. Find Search Programs and Files (Windows 8/8.1 can find the Search icon)
3. Type in %temp% in the Search Box
4. You should see only 1 folder in the list called Temp. If you find it, click on it.
5. Delete everything in there, they are just files that waste your disc space. (If you get a message saying it's running, Click Skip and ignore it.)
6. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 again.
7. Type in %appdata%
8. You should see only 1 folder in the list called AppData. If you find it, click on it. (Its just that easy isnt it )
9. Find your .minecraft folder.
10 Locate the logs file.
11. Delete everything except latest.log (if you delete the latest.log, the game could take a while, or reset your game)
12. Launch Minecraft and your ready to play
Note: if you cant find the folder try the following in Windows Explorer (Windows 8+ is named File Explorer) C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Temp
MAC OSX Lion+
1. Go to Finder
2. click Shift+Command+G
3. type ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
4. click go.
5. Follow Steps 10-12 above MAC OSX Lion+
Note: to find the folder you could easily just locate
If you are lagging still, it might be your computer. If you lagging /via Multiplayer. That is normal, because it is the internet recieving the packet of data from the main host.

2. Turn VBO's On
3. Turn VSYNC Off
