If I am using the beta preview, can I have a link to a stable build? Everyone I seem to try is a beta preview.
This is the link to the Java Verification and uninstall of old versions page. On the left side there is a All Java Downloads link. I would personally go to Control Panel, Program and Features, and then uninstall Java manually. Then install the Java 32 and 64 bit versions; one for gaming and the other for browsing. Remember that Google Chrome contains it's own version of Java.
I can't seem to find C:\Program Files\Java\jre8\bin\javaw.exe when I look it up in the NVidia control Panel. The closest I see is C:/Program Files/java/jre1.8.0_25/bin/javaw.exe.

Retired StaffIt does not. You're thinking of Adobe Flash. 32-bit Java is used in Google Chrome because it is a 32-bit application.
Yep you're right; major brain fart there. This is what happens when you type distracted lol.
