I have a Mac and so I've been using Forge for 1.6.4 but I don't know what to do... I've been trying to use these mods, are they not compatible at all or something?

• CraftGuide 1.6.7.4
• Aether 2
• Twilight Forest 1.6.4
• Tree Capitator 1.6.4
• Bspkrscore 1.6.4

Is there something else I needed to download? I'm confused... :/ I've done mods before but not on a Mac. I'm just not sure what to do now, exactly.

Is there a crash report? Post here if yes. If not, post launcher log + game output.

Otherwise, while i do not know any specific clashes, I know aether 2 doesn't play well when paired with a bunch of other mods. But really it's all just guessing without seeing some form of a log.

Hmm. You don't have too many mods but looks like bspkrsCore is not playing nice with aether 2. Normally I'd have you report it right away to aether 2 team and they can tell you how to handle it, but before you do, update your forge to latest recommended for 1.6.4 which is here:

Okay, thank you! I've seen some people playing with a few of the same mods on YouTube and it made me wanna play it but it just hasn't worked. Thanks again!

One last thing, how do I get rid of an older version of Forge?

You don't have to get rid of it. Install the new one, and in the game profile you're using, hit Edit Profile on the MC launcher, then for game version, select the one that says release-1.6.4-Forge-9.11.1.965 or whatever the new forge version is. Hit save profile and you're done.
