To use a specific version of java, you need to put the full pathname to the java executable. On windows this will be something along the lines of C:/Program Files/Java/jdk7/bin/java

java -d64 -Xms4096M -Xmx5130M -jar Minecraft.app/Contents/Resources/Java/MinecraftLauncher.jar
What I'm wondering is, is there a similar code to run Java 7? I need to be running 7, not 6, and the server file automatically opens with java 6.
Anyone able to help me out? Thanks!
