Since your java version is pretty old, I'm guessing your graphic driver is too. So updating those would be a good start. Go with the java version (64bit) suggested by your modpack. Mojang has a good guide for updating graphic drivers:

I use the same Java as my friend and he has no problems and vanilla minecraft and 1.6.4 modpacks work fine it's just 1.7.10 get that Java error
