That's your problem, I have had this problem, but the only solution I have found is either using only Minecraft 1.7.2 or below or using a recompiled driver, or using Linux. Your problem is your graphics card is too old (Intel), and the driver says that is can it can do more that it really can, which results in a crash. I actually have that exact same card, but somehow have a different driver that works with 1.8+. If you want, you can try it, but MAKE SURE YOU MAKE A RESTORE POINT FIRST! So, just copy this .dll file to your "C:\Windows\System32\" and if it doesn't work, then use System Restore. Please tell me if it works or not.
Alright thanks so i tried going back to 1.7.2 and it worked then i tried 1.7.9 and it came out with the same error. So one question before i put the .dll in my system32 folder, do i have to restart my pc after placing the file in the folder?
Yes, you will have to restart your computer for it to work, although, if it doesn't work. Just use system restore, to restore from a restore point. If it doesn't work, eveything on your screen will just look really weird, but will function.
