I'm using the latest optifine version (1.8.1 HD B2) on MC 1.8.1. CTM is enabled in the video settings, but no textures are connecting at all. Is there any way to fix this?
Tried with various texture packs-
*Default- only glass connects
*john smith legacy- only bookcases conect
*sphax- does not connect at all
*dokucraft- only bookcases connect
I have tried redownloading optifine and each texture pack, but no results.
Optifine must have just updated. I doubt there are any 1.8.1 compatible texture packs yet. Did you check their pages? If 1.8.1 isn't mentioned, don't bother.
CTM is problematic at the best of times with optifine and texture packs and lots of people complain about them. Just turn connected textures off if you're having trouble. If you're dead set on making it work, just talk to the authors. I don't think there's any hidden setting you're missing if that's what you're asking.
