What's your graphics card? You might be running integrated graphics. I used to. To check, press F3 on minecraft and look to the top right. It should tell you.
Even turning every graphics setting possible for Minecraft and Optifine to it's lowest didn't fix it? I understand, I used to play Minecraft on a laptop as well.
If you have a Windows you can open up Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete at the same time, then go to the Processes tab and see if there is anything you don't need running. If your not so sure about messing with the processes, you can also get a program like Game Booster to do it for you.
Edit: one thing I forgot to mention is that you should play the game windowed. This doesn't actually remove the lag, but it makes it a lot less noticeable.

Dont tell me to use gameboster because it once got stuck in gaming mode and i had to factory reset my laptop

It was merely a suggestion.
You can also try right-clicking on Minecraft's icon, going to Properties, Compatibility, and checking: Disable visual themes and Disable desktop composition. You can check the others, but sometimes checking to run a game in 640x480 resolution can mess things up. It really depends on the game you're playing.
Running Ccleaner and defraging your computer are useful as well, but your computer should be set to do these automatically.
Note this is for Windows 7. I have no idea if these are available for others.
