Okay, so I've been having an issue signing into a server known as Arkhamnetwork.org. Basically, there is something on my PC blocking access to the server and the site at the same time. If I try to connect to the server, I get the [java.connectexception connection refused no further information]. If I try to access the home site, I get "this webpage is not available". No other servers or websites provide this issue for me. Can anyone offer me some step by step processes to help me fix this? Thank you in advance, and I will include pictures.
