Mkay so I've been playing on a cauldron server with up to 59 mods installed on it and I would usually get up 120 FPS to 150 FPS but right now my FPS has dropped considerably low and it really annoys me because it makes the game unplayable. This time I get up to 30-80 FPS now but it mostly is in the 60 range and whenever I load up my server and minecraft I log in my server and try to break/place blocks, it adds like a 2 second delay until the block breaks or be placed. I even have optifine installed and it does not really seem to be helping me. Any ideas on how to fix this because it's really annoying me.

I get 1 ms on my server. On other servers usually 35-85 MS but how would you the check the servers CPU load? And without a doubt, its one of the mods thats making it lag since I tried taking out all mods and playing the server without the mods and everything works fine and doesn't lag so I don't know what mod could be causing it.

Also, your mod folder thing isn't working and I'm not logging in anywhere in order to see it. Use something like photobucket or imgur.
