I am using a Dell Inspiron 15R laptop which has a touchscreen. When trying to play Minecraft, my view points straight down, and when I try to move it, it snaps back to that position. I can move around and preform all other functions perfectly fine, but moving the view is impossible.
When I connect my laptop to an external display, it works perfectly fine. Otherwise, I'm not sure what the issue is.
you probably have a smudge, or dust on your screen causing the touch-screen to activate.. try cleaning your screen with some computer wipes or something.
