Don't use mods. Uninstall all the mods if you have read the chat. If there is no mods, it's most likely server lag or maybe your internet isn't the best. Play on a different server
Ping: 24 ms
Download speed: .92 mbps
Upload speed: .92 mbps
Again, I used cmd to ping the sever and it's around 90 ms (they are hosted in Texas, I live in the Massachusetts area)
