That's pretty much cause ticking memory errors tend to be vague and there's nothing in your report that immediately seems off. Which means you're stuck with the tried tested and true method of taking mods out one by one until you stop crashing and figure out which mod is doing it ie. we can't really help you. You have few mods so it shouldn't take long.

These mods are all fitted for 1.7.2.
