1. It may have been fixed, but once in a blue moon when I click an item in my inventory, it will 'shift click' to either my hotbar, the chest, or my inventory.
2. When I am typing a sentence in Minecraft, and I want to delete one letter, I press backspace, and the entire word gets deleted instead.

could you be accidentally hitting either shift or control when these happen? or could you keys be sticky either physically or via sticky-keys software? Accessibility software can make the key stay on after you let go of it, until you hit it again.
