I can't be sure this will fix however 2 things stand out in that log: old java and old graphics driver. Since you're using MC 1.7.4 stick with java 7 (64bit). Don't forget to remove old java.
Win update keeps your operating system up to date not your graphics. Identify what graphics you have, download from the manufacturer and run the .exe file. (Radeon = AMD)
If you must, try the auto detection software. Mojang support will back me up on this.
I reinstalled all my drivers. I updated them. Even deleted .minecraft and downloaded it again. Reinstalled the launcher. Reinstalled Java. Installed Java 7. Same thing.
I am going to assume that when you tested it for 1.7.10 and 1.7.2, you downloaded the appropriate versions of optifine and the resource pack for those game versions and made the new optifine profiles on the launcher in order to start it up.....right? I couldn't check if there is 1.7.4 version of the resource pack you're using as I can't find it on this forum or planet minecraft. Where did you get it?
What happens if you take off the resource pack and leave optifine in? What about just vanilla, without resource pack and optifine? Figure out which of the two, optifine or resource pack, is crashing you, and once you do, report it to the author. They can then tell you what to do about it and if there are compatibility issues between the two, game version and driver requirements as well as any possible fixes.
I tried without my texture pack. However nothing really changes. It still crashes and yes, I am using the right Optifine version. Took off Optifine and tried. As always no luck. I think im gonna just go with the crashing. Just try to not minimize my game.

And I used to have a Radeon GPU but the driver wasn't working so I sticked with the Intel HD Graphics.
Anyways it still crashes after I reinstalled Java.
When it crashes you can still see the game moving. But the program isn't responding.
Thanks.
