[1.7.10] Wanderlust 1.1.3 running into strange crashes

So my world encountered a problem that I suspect was related to a bat and a worldhole, it doesn't actually crash the game, but it does get it stuck in an infinite loop of this error;

Now assuming as I did that this problem was caused by the bat and the worldhole, I first tried to remove them. This turned out to be seemingly impossible, I tried everything, including MCEdit, Region Fixer, and Hex Editing, none of this worked. So instead I attempted to fix it by creating a new world with the same seed, and then using MCEdit to paste the important parts of the old world onto it. This seemed to work, but low and behold starting the world crashes it with an error about a BiblioCraft lamp and a Forestry mailbox. Two items that no one on our server had placed. Removing the relevant mods got the server to start, but every modded block and item in the server was replaced with some other modded block or item.

I can post the full log from the first problem, but it's ~25MB so I figured I'd see if this was enough to go on. I feel there is something very obvious that I'm missing here and I would appreciate any help at all, as I've wasted almost a whole week trying to fix this already, and I have no intention of giving up.

Just the worldhole and being unable to place Openblocks, also being in GUI's is really laggy, but I think that's just me.
