Hi everyone. I have a problem that has been bothering me for a long time and it's getting very old and annoying. So, my problem is when I'm playing Minecraft (just by myself, no one else.) I have this weird lag thing. I'm not even sure what it is. It like, stutters. I downloaded this mod or whatever you want to call it, called optifine. Ever since I downloaded that, my stutter and frames have been improving. When I'm playing I usually get around 50-90 frames. However the frames keep fluctuating down and up, down and up. It also has this weird stutter. I have a decent laptop that I play games on. On CS:GO I get around 40-90 frames. Garrymod I get 70-100 frames or so. You get the idea though. I'm just really confused on why this is happening. Please help. These are my specs:
