Where to start..
I have a whole bunch of mods on my game right now and forge for version 1.7.2. Everything was working perfectly. I found out some updates came out, and I noticed every mod I had made some new updates for 1.7.10, so I started updating forge, all the mods, and everything.
Mods:
bspkrsCore universal
TreeCapitator
AntiqueAtlas
Backpack (Pre 1.7.x)
Bibliocraft
CodeChickenCore
DragonMounts
Flower Tea
More Swords Mod
More Nature
Open Eye
OptiFine
ZeldaSwordSkills+
I did have the Emerald Mod and Village Taverns, but I never used them/found a village.
I went into my 1.7.10 game (same save with the updated mods) and item IDs were crossed (Some items were other items, and some items were gone entirely) so I tried to revert back to my 1.7.2 save. I figured I could get the items out of the backpacks, get everything into chests to organize in the 1.7.10 version.
But now 1.7.2 crashes, and I don't know why.

I used all the 1.7.2 versions of the mods, installed the older version of forge, and even put back in my old configs for those mods, but it still crashes.
On top of that, I still don't know how to change the item IDs for the mods in the 1.7.10 version. When I first installed these mods, some of their IDs conflicted and I was able to find and change them, but in the 1.7.10 versions, I can't find the place to change the IDs.
