I've had a long standing issue with the minecraft client on my PC (but never my laptop). What happens is when my client loads to the game, the mouse becomes super-sensitive, and if i even touch it, the client starts almost spinning out of control. Now, usually, I have to close and re-open the client at least a dozen times before this problem goes away. Sometimes it'll only go away after I restart my system, and sometimes not even then, I just have to keep closing and re-opening the client until the problem just stops happening.
Now to test for this problem, I have done the following steps:
Use a different mouse
Start a new game
Adjust mouse sensitivity, in game and in windows
Test on a different computer (works normally)
Re-install minecraft.
Anyone who has resolved this problem in the past, if you could provide some input it would be greatly appreciated.
