Today i was on minecraft with my friend, he went on a server and downloaded a texture pack, i tried to tell him to turn it off but he couldnt figure it out. Now he is lagging like hell on every server and even in his singleplayer worlds, His computer also lags, is there anything we can do to stop the lag?

I'm on a bit of a hiatus from playing Minecraft, so I'm not so active in this forum, either. I still check it though, and participate in a few discussions.

Hit ESC, hit options, hit "Resource Packs" hit the little arrow to turn it off.
