I ordered the game from minecraft.net, and I got an error message saying that it hasn't been purchased. I tried again later, but got another error message. I tried once more this evening, got the same error message, then I received a phone call telling me that i had spent over 75 dollars on the game. Would I be able to get a refund? If so, how would I go about doing that? All help will be appreciated.
It sounds like something went wrong during the purchase and somehow you were charged multiple times, please contact your bank and Mojang to sort this out.
