Whenever i try to join this one server it keeps saying this:
Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.io.IOException: Bad packet id 64
(Note: i have tried connecting to the server on 1.7.10 and 1.7.9 and i get this same error and this only happens on this one server)

Edit: even when trying to connect on minechat i get this error
