that looks like a much stronger version like the fancy graphics effect...is your brightness at bright or moody?
It's at the brightest setting (I had to make it brighter, thanks to these edges it's near impossible to see in thick forests, unlit buildings or caves)
He is, look at the hotbar it's different than default and the items in it to are different.
I am yes, but two of my friends are both using the same pack, with the same mods and same shaders (I added the shaders after these edges were a problem, and even now they're turned off) and neither of them have the problem
try searching for this (feature?bug?) on the forum site of these mods...you might find it.
also what shader do you have enabled? it could be an error within the shader.
I've been searching for a while and can't find the solution-which is why I came to the forums haha.
I don't have any shader active as of right now, and the edges were there before I installed the shaders anyways.
Since you have Optifine you might try switching to Fast graphics, which gets rid of the "vignetting" effect; you can then use the individual settings to set grass, trees, etc to Fancy so it looks the same as the normal Fancy setting but without the effect.

That did it! Thank you very much C:

It's actually quite distracting and I would like to get rid of it if anyone knows how.

I have Voxelmap, Gameshark, Pixelmon.
Afterwards I also installed Optifine and Shadersmodcore-but I had these dark edges before installing these.
Also, the first three mods were already on before the dark edged appeared.

Also they're still there if I drink a night potion (if that means anything)
TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
